FAQ
Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking online saves your spot and usually means a shorter wait.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are in-network with most major plans including Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare and Colorado Medicaid (Health First Colorado). Call us to check your plan.
When should I go to the ER instead?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding or a serious head injury.
Can you be my regular doctor?
Yes. Many patients first visit for urgent care and stay for primary care. We are accepting new patients of all ages.
