Financial aid
Questions families ask
Who should apply for financial aid?
Anyone who thinks tuition might be a stretch. Families earning up to $200,000 receive aid at Brookside, depending on household size and circumstances. Applying does not affect your admission decision.
How is aid calculated?
We use a confidential third-party aid application to review income, assets and expenses, then our committee looks at each family individually. Awards range from 10% to 95% of tuition.
Is aid renewed each year?
Families reapply each winter, and we commit to supporting enrolled students through grade 8 as long as need continues.
What does tuition include?
Lunch and snacks, books, field trips, overnight trips, a middle school laptop and most materials. The only extras are Before and After School care and optional summer camp.
Is there a deposit?
A $1,500 enrollment deposit holds your child's place and is credited to tuition. Aid families pay a reduced deposit.
Do you offer tuition insurance or refunds?
Tuition refund insurance is available through our billing partner for about 2% of tuition and covers withdrawals for most reasons.
