About Apex
A race shop mindset for every car
We started as a two-bay garage behind a tyre shop. Today we run eleven bays and a detail studio, with the same rule: do it right, explain it straight.

Our story
Precision is not just for race cars
Ray Navarro spent nine years wrenching for a GT endurance team before opening Apex in 2011. He noticed that the same discipline that keeps a car alive for 24 hours at Sebring, clean bays, torque specs, checklists and honest data, was missing from most neighbourhood shops.
So he built one that does it differently. Every car gets a documented inspection. Every bolt that matters gets torqued to spec and marked. Every customer sees the evidence before they spend a dollar.
Phoenix is hard on cars. Summer bay temperatures top 120 degrees, batteries cook, rubber cracks and paint oxidises. We specialise in keeping vehicles fast, cool and good-looking in the desert.
Treat every customer car like it has to finish the race.
