Before you book
Will servicing at Apex void my factory warranty?
No. Federal law lets you service your car at any qualified shop. We use OEM-spec fluids and parts and keep digital records you can show the dealer.
What does your warranty cover?
Repairs carry a 36-month or 36,000-mile parts and labour warranty, honoured at our shop and through a nationwide partner network if you are travelling.
How long does a ceramic coating last in Phoenix?
Our Ceramic Pro package is rated for five years with an annual inspection. Desert sun is brutal, so we use a coating with high UV resistance and top it up yearly.
Do you work on electric and hybrid cars?
Yes. Two of our technicians are certified for high-voltage systems, and we service brakes, suspension, cooling and AC on most EVs.
Can I bring my own parts?
For performance parts, usually yes, with labour-only pricing. We cannot warranty parts we did not supply, but we will check fitment first.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, 0% financing for six months on repairs and detailing over $750, subject to approval.
