Before you book
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, Moda and United Concordia PPO plans, and we file claims for most others. Send us your card and we will check your benefits before you visit.
I don't have insurance. What are my options?
Our Lumen Membership starts at $29 a month and covers two exams, two cleans, X-rays and 15% off treatment. Many uninsured patients save more than they would with a typical plan.
Can you see me for an emergency?
We hold same-day slots for existing and new patients with pain, swelling or a broken tooth. Call before 10am and we will almost always see you that day.
How young can my child start?
We recommend a first visit by your child's first birthday. It is short, playful and mostly about getting comfortable with the chair and with us.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have eight free spaces behind the building off SE 22nd Avenue, plus bike racks and a covered stroller area by the entrance.
