How our pricing works
Why flat rates instead of hourly?
Because you should not pay more if a fitting is stubborn. You approve one price and that is what you pay.
Is the call-out fee extra?
No. The $129 call-out is credited toward any repair you approve on the same visit.
Are permits included?
Yes, for water heaters, furnaces and sewer work we pull and pay for City of Columbus permits.
What if I just want a second opinion?
Our diagnostic visit is $119 and includes a written report you can keep, whether or not you hire us.
Do you price-match?
If you have a written quote from a licensed Ohio contractor for the same equipment, we will match it.
