Policies
Good to know before you book
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service, which goes directly to your stylist.
Do you require a deposit?
Services over $200 and all colour corrections require a $50 deposit, applied to your final bill. Bridal bookings require a 30% deposit to hold the date.
Why do I need a patch test?
For your safety, all new colour clients and anyone who has not had colour with us in six months need a quick skin test 48 hours before.
What if I am not happy with my hair?
Tell us within seven days and we will adjust it free of charge. We would much rather hear from you than lose you.
Can I bring my children?
We love little ones, but for safety around colour and hot tools we ask that children under 10 do not attend unless they are being styled.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount online or at the front desk and never expire.
