For twelve years we have guided couples through every decision with a steady hand and a clear plan. We handle the vendors, the timelines and the hundred small problems, so on the day itself you simply arrive and get married.

Things couples often ask
How far ahead should we book?
For full planning, 12 to 18 months is ideal, especially for Saturdays from May to October. Wedding management can be booked up to three months ahead if we have availability.
Do you only plan weddings in Napa?
Most of our weddings are in Napa and Sonoma, and we also plan in Mendocino, Carmel and Santa Ynez. Travel fees apply beyond wine country.
Do you work with any budget?
Our full planning couples typically invest $120,000 to $350,000 in their overall wedding. Partial planning and management suit a wider range of budgets.
Can we use our own vendors?
Absolutely. We will recommend people we trust, but we are happy to work with any professional you love.
