Full planning fees are typically 12 to 15% of your overall wedding budget. A 50% retainer secures your date.

About fees and booking
What is included in the full planning fee?
All planning hours, design development, vendor management and our team on the wedding weekend. Florals, rentals and vendor costs are billed separately at the rates we negotiate for you.
Do you take commissions from vendors?
Never. We are paid only by you, so every recommendation is made for your wedding, not our margin.
How do payments work?
A 50% retainer secures your date. The balance is split into two payments, the final one due 30 days before the wedding.
Do you charge travel fees?
Not within Napa and Sonoma counties. Elsewhere in California we charge travel and accommodation at cost.
What if we need to postpone?
Your retainer transfers to a new date within 18 months, subject to availability. We have navigated plenty of changes and will help you through it.
