The license, in plain English.

When you buy a Sitepacks site (or get one free), you get a lifetime, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it. Here is what that means.

You can

• Use the templates to build unlimited websites for yourself, your company or your clients.
• Charge clients for the websites you build with them.
• Modify everything: code, design, copy and images.
• Use the included photography commercially, on the site you build and in related marketing.
• Use them in personal and commercial projects without attribution.

You can’t

• Resell, sublicense or give away the templates, code or images as templates, themes, UI kits or stock assets — modified or not.
• Put the source files in a public repository or a template marketplace.
• Use them to build a website builder or template generator that offers them to others.
• Present the fictional businesses, people or reviews in the demos as real.

Teams

One purchase covers you and your colleagues inside one company or agency. Freelancers working for that agency on its projects are covered too.

Photography

All images were generated with an AI model for Sitepacks and contain no real people. They are licensed to you as part of the template. Because AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection, we can’t give you exclusive rights in them.

Refunds

If a purchase isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days and before your first download for a full refund.

No warranty

The templates are provided as-is. We fix bugs we’re told about, but we aren’t liable for how they are used. You are responsible for your site’s content, legal pages and compliance (for example HIPAA, ADA or GDPR) in your jurisdiction.
