Questions, answered
What exactly do I download?
A zip per site with three ready projects: a Next.js 16 app (App Router, static export), an Astro 7 project and plain HTML with compiled Tailwind CSS. All seven pages, every photo (WebP, 1600px and 800px), the content as one JSON file, and a README that walks you from unzip to deploy.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes. One purchase covers unlimited sites for yourself and your clients. You cannot resell or redistribute the templates themselves, as templates. See the license for the plain-English version.
Do I need to know React or Astro?
No. Every word, price, phone number and image lives in one content file. Change it, and every page updates. If you prefer, use the HTML version and edit it directly.
Is there any JavaScript I have to maintain?
The sites ship zero client-side JavaScript. Menus and FAQs use native HTML, animations are CSS, hero images are preloaded and the Next.js version self-hosts its fonts — built to score 90+ on Lighthouse once deployed to a CDN.
Where do the photos come from?
Every image was generated for its site with an AI image model and art-directed to its palette as one consistent shoot. They are yours to use commercially. The prompts are included, so you can make more in the same style.
How does the contact form work?
It is a plain HTML form. Point its action at Formspree, Basin, Web3Forms, Netlify Forms or your own endpoint — one line in the content file.
What if it isn’t right for me?
Email us within 7 days of purchase and before your first download, and we refund in full. After a download we can’t take the files back, so preview every page in the live demo first.
Do I get updates?
Yes, for life. All-access buyers get every new site we add at no extra cost; single-site buyers get fixes and improvements to their site. We’re at 20 sites today.
