The fine print
Is there a contract?
No. Memberships are month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice from the app or at the front desk.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, for up to three months a year, for travel, injury or anything else. Freezes cost $10 a month to hold your rate.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Start with Foundations or any class marked All levels. Coaches scale every workout, and roughly half our members started with no lifting experience.
Do you have showers and lockers?
Yes: six private showers, day lockers, towel service for Unlimited and Coaching members, and a bike room.
Can I just use the gym without classes?
Open gym is included in Unlimited. If you only want open gym, ask about our Open Gym membership at $129 a month.
Do you offer corporate memberships?
We partner with a number of Brooklyn companies. Teams of five or more get discounted rates and a private team class each month.
