How is tracked ARR calculated?
We use the trailing average of your active recurring revenue over the last three months, so a single big deal will not bump you into a new plan overnight.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
We email you 30 days before you cross a limit. Nothing stops working, and you can upgrade at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on the Growth plan with your real data. No credit card is required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled for a prorated refund within the first 60 days.
Do you offer startup discounts?
Companies in a recognised accelerator get Starter at half price for the first year.
